Help us keep your data up to date
One of the duties of financial consumers that Law 1328 of 2009 indicates is to provide true, sufficient and timely information in the events in which the entities request it.

If you do not wish to update your data by this means, you can contact our offices by calling 5187700 Ext. 100, to update your data by telephone. You can be calm with your information, financial entities must comply with Law 1581 of 2012 "By which general provisions are issued for the protection of personal data", and Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, as well as Law 1266 of 2008 .
