BMI Insurance Costa Rica won first place for Excellence in personal insurance granted by the Chamber of Insurance Intermediaries of Costa Rica (CIS). This recognition was delivered within the framework of the XXXI Ibero-American COPAPROSE Congress held recently in San José.
During the event, the official presentation of the awards to the Excellence in Insurance, whose objective is to motivate insurers to provide quality service to their intermediaries and clients.
The evaluation is carried out one hundred percent by the affiliated brokerage companies and key points are evaluated such as: products, price, technical, commercial, administrative and production management, as well as management and payment of compensation, resources and tools provided. Another point evaluated is the promotion of efficiency in the sector.
This 2024 a new award was added: “CIS Index Award”. All insurers in Costa Rica participate in this award and it is awarded to the company with the highest score. BMI took first place, inaugurating this new category.
This meeting, in which more than 400 representatives from 18 Latin American countries and Italy participated, was an excellent opportunity to learn and exchange industry experiences and collaborate in creating a stronger future for the insurance sector.
