This Site is provided by BEST MERIDIAN INSURANCE COMPANY (hereinafter “BMI”), legal ID 3-012-622635 and domiciled in San José, San Rafael de Escazú, BMI Building, in front of the CIMA Hospital, (hereinafter “BMI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), an insurance company licensed in Costa Rica, offering a variety of insurance products and services, and a subsidiary of BMI Financial Group, Inc.

At BMI, we do not store your credit card information on our systems. Instead, we use a third-party payment processor (“AZUL”) to handle credit card transactions. This service complies with all industry-recognized security and encryption standards to keep your information safe. They only use the information necessary to complete the required process. By making a payment, you agree that your card information will be transmitted to AZUL to process the transaction. We recommend that you read AZUL’s privacy policies to better understand how they handle and protect your information. Please note that we are responsible for the security of your information while it is in our hands, but we are not responsible for AZUL’s security policies and practices.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct that is harmful to the interests of BMI or other users, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Site will cease immediately.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica and it is agreed that the courts of the Republic of Costa Rica will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
