How has your experience been working with the General Management team?
“Working so closely with senior management has been incredibly rewarding. I have been able to participate in defining strategies and monitoring objectives that directly impact the course of the company. It is a big responsibility, but also a great learning opportunity.”
What has been the biggest challenge you have faced during your collaboration and how have you overcome it?
The biggest challenge was participating in the tactical planning week. It was intense and challenging to visualize and evaluate all the ongoing projects and strategies. I learned a lot about strategic decision making and the importance of adapting and responding to rapid changes.
How has BMI contributed to your soft and hard skills development?
“BMI has been instrumental in helping me develop both soft and hard skills. I have improved in my communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills. On a technical level, I have gained a deep understanding of how policies work and customer service, which is invaluable.”

“This experience has laid a solid foundation for my future. It has given me the confidence and tools to aspire to leadership roles in the insurance industry or any other field I decide to explore. I am confident that the skills and knowledge I have acquired here will open many doors for me.”
